Shift Supervisor - 1st Shift

Valmont is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual for the Shift Supervisor position in the Global Coating Division. The successful candidate will supervise, train, and mentor production employees, implement work schedules, and promote a continuous productivity improvement climate.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in supervisory or management position with a proven record of strong leadership capabilities
• The ability to recognize hazardous substance and to know basic employee responsibilities for chemical safety
• The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
• The ability to recognize and solve practical problems or issues
• The ability to communicate and interact with coworkers in a positive manner
• Must be a person of passion and integrity who has the drive to excel and deliver exceptional results
• The ability to use simple computer entry software
