Shift Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Valmont is seeking a Shift Supervisor to supervise, train, and mentor production employees within the Galvanizing facility. The successful candidate will implement work schedules, define production standards, and promote a continuous productivity improvement climate.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in supervisory or management position with a proven record of strong leadership capabilities
• Ability to recognize hazardous substance and to know basic employee responsibilities for chemical safety
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
• Ability to recognize and solve practical problems or issues
• Ability to communicate and interact with coworkers in a positive manner
