Job Description
Delaney Computer Services is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their team and support their financial and billing operations. The Bookkeeper will maintain accurate financial records, support invoicing and billing processes, and ensure financial data remains organized and up to date.
Requirements
- Experience using QuickBooks Online
- Prior bookkeeping or accounting support experience
- Demonstrated ability to understand contract-based billing
- Experience with recurring revenue models
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Close attention to detail and process discipline
- Comfortable working in an office environment full-time
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
- Willingness to learn
