Job Description
We are seeking an Application Development Manager to lead the maintenance, modernization, and development of our enterprise ERP applications built on Progress OpenEdge ABL/Progress 4GL. This role will bridge legacy systems with modern technologies, guiding the evolution of a 20+ year-old codebase while delivering new, scalable solutions that support business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing software development teams
- 10+ years of hands-on application development experience, including 5+ years with Progress OpenEdge ABL/Progress 4GL
