We are seeking a Senior Staffing Manager to lead staffing strategy and operations across multiple regions or a large, complex portfolio, ensuring consistency and high-quality delivery.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in staffing, resourcing, or workforce planning, ideally within consulting or professional services
- Proven experience leading multi-region or complex staffing operations, including managing and developing staffing leaders
- Strong commercial and operational judgment in workforce and utilisation decisions
- Experience driving process improvement and system adoption at scale
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including with senior leaders
- Right to work authorization in Ireland
