Senior Staffing Manager

We are seeking a Senior Staffing Manager to lead staffing strategy and operations across multiple regions or a large, complex portfolio, ensuring consistency and high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in staffing, resourcing, or workforce planning, ideally within consulting or professional services
• Proven experience leading multi-region or complex staffing operations, including managing and developing staffing leaders
• Strong commercial and operational judgment in workforce and utilisation decisions
• Experience driving process improvement and system adoption at scale
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including with senior leaders
• Right to work authorization in Ireland
