We are seeking a Senior Manager, Employee Experience to join our Mondelēz International Digital Services division. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving employee experience strategies, developing action plans, and ensuring operational excellence. You will also work with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class service and value creation to our clients.
