Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Learning to lead our Manager and Leadership Development practice and elevate leadership capabilities for all people leaders at Affirm. The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership development program design and management, experience design and facilitation, and will be able to evolve leadership development experiences for Affirmers in a remote first work environment.
Requirements
- Lead and evolve our Leadership Development practice to ensure we’re providing “the right learning at the right time” for our different levels of leadership, elevating capabilities that drive high performance teams.
- Partner cross-functionally across the People Team, and ultimately the entire organization to drive future programming and learning opportunities.
- Define, measure, and communicate out leadership development success metrics.
