Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, with demonstrated expertise in sourcing
• Experience in an in-house, international environment is preferred. A consulting or professional services recruiting background is desirable but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in using collaborative tools in a remote working environment and a willingness to work across time zones with geographically dispersed teams
• English proficiency (both written and spoken) is essential
