We're looking for a commercially driven Head, Retail Media & Partnerships to grow and lead our team in Bangladesh. This is a highly entrepreneurial role that sits at the intersection of sales, partnerships, advertising, and performance marketing with full responsibility for building CPG, financial, and agency relationships to drive top-line growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in an advertisement agency, brand or retailer side on eCommerce related role, ideally within FMCG field
- Proven track record of managing and negotiating high-value partnerships with CPGs, media agencies, or retailers
- Strong understanding of AdTech, programmatic advertising, or PPC, with the ability to leverage these tools for business growth
- Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to lead teams, define business objectives, and implement solutions that deliver measurable results
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights and strategies
- Experience managing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Fluent communication skills in both Bengali and English
