Job Description
Glovo is looking for an Operations Manager to enhance the experience of our couriers and partners while optimizing overall delivery operations. This role involves analyzing data, improving delivery times, and leading a team of operations professionals. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in ops/strategy consulting or in an operations/logistic company, and will be able to motivate and develop teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in ops/strategy consulting or in an operations/logistic company
- Managerial experience - ability to motivate and develop teams
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics or similar
- Excellent communication skills (B2+ English and local language)
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
