As a Sales Development Representative, you will build our sales pipeline, identify, qualify, and nurture leads, and support Sales Executives. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities through strategic outreach to potential clients and proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market.
Requirements
- Proven work or internship experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Track record of achieving sales quotas (e.g. daily calls)
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Familiarity with Google Suite and/or MS Office, Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and spoken skills in English and Romanian
