Job Description
We are looking for a Shift Supervisor to ensure the correct operation of the store during their shift, maintaining high standards of Quality, in line with the Company's Processes and Policies. The role involves coordinating the team, monitoring performance, and providing support to the Store Manager.
Requirements
- Experience in similar positions leading work teams.
- Knowledge of the Office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and Google tools.
- Action-oriented and problem-solving capacity.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build positive relationships, generate trust. Autonomy.
