Shift Supervisor | Manuel Alberti

PedidosYa is looking for a Shift Supervisor to join their team in Manuel Alberti. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the correct operation of the store during their shift, maintaining high quality standards, and coordinating the team and their tasks. They will also be responsible for monitoring team performance, providing support to the Store Manager, and ensuring the store complies with regional and local food safety policies.

Requirements

• Experience in similar positions leading work teams.
• Knowledge of office package tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and Google.
• Action-oriented and problem-solving capacity.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build positive relationships, generate confidence. Autonomy.
