Talent Acquisition Associate (6-Months Contract)

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you'll play a critical role in fueling the top of the funnel for head office hiring. You'll work closely with recruiters and hiring teams to identify, engage, and qualify high-potential candidates for sales, account management, and commercial operations roles.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related field
• Strong research and internet search skills
• Comfort with LinkedIn Recruiter and job platforms (or a quick learner!)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Clear communicator with strong written and verbal English
• Passionate about talent and interested in developing within the TA field
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage workload independently
