Lead the Talent Management process for all of PedidosYa (15 countries), including performance evaluation, potential evaluation, succession planning and internal mobility.

Requirements

• Professionals from careers in: Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Advanced level of English (must-have).
• Data-driven (G-suit/tableau skills, etc.), advanced knowledge in data management.
• Workday Development module management (must-have).
• Experience in talent management projects.
