We are looking for a curious, analytical and proactive person who enjoys challenging the status quo and proposing new strategies to enhance our talent attraction processes.

Requirements

• Manage end-to-end talent attraction and selection processes, ensuring quality and agility at each stage.
• Participate in employer branding activities (fairs, hackathons, universities, professional networking).
• Analyze metrics of the process and generate tracking reports.
• Design and participate in onboarding processes and culture, ensuring new hires understand our business and an agile and positive integration into the organizational culture.
• Drive and actively collaborate on other processes and projects in the People area (climate, culture, training and development).
• Accompany Leaders in understanding their talent needs and being a consultant on personnel management topics.
