Join us as a Principal Systems Development Engineer on our Customer Engineering team in Bangalore, India to resolve the most complex customer issues and drive product excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelors/master's with 8+ years of experience in advanced technical positions (technical support, development, solution engineering, or solution architect) within complex IT environments
- Proven track record working directly with customers with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure and storage, with solid understanding of broader enterprise IT environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Hands-on experience with Linux, VMware, Windows Server, plus foundational SAN and networking knowledge
