Requirements
- Bachelors/master's with 12+ years of experience in advanced technical positions (technical support, development, solution engineering, or solution architect)
- Proven track record working directly with customers with strong sense of urgency and ability to lead resolution efforts during severe escalations
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure and storage, with comprehensive understanding of broader enterprise IT environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Hands-on experience with Linux, VMware, Windows Server, plus solid SAN and networking knowledge
