Senior Systems Development Engineer

Join Dell Technologies as a Senior System Development Engineer on the International Product Support team in Bangalore. Provide technical support for Dell products, work with Engineering teams to resolve product defects, and communicate with external customers.

Requirements

• Professional experience working with complex enterprise hardware, software, and networking solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with experience in failure analysis, escalation management, and documentation.
• Expertise in server BIOS settings, including proper use and understanding of boot sequence and key modules, interactions using UEFI/BIOS modes, and PXE Boot.
• Knowledge of major operating systems (Windows, VMware, Linux) with the ability to analyze and decipher TSR, SEL, LC logs.
• Experience with performance issue resolution and measurements tools for OS, hardware, application software, or appliances.
