Customer Service Coordinator role involves processing international cargo, managing booking transactions, and providing administrative support to the Freight Services team. The successful candidate will communicate effectively with clients and maintain client satisfaction while providing solutions to customer issues and challenges.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of operations experience in the Freight Forwarding, specifically 3PL environment
- Experience in Ocean, Air, Ground, Brokerage or Warehousing is considered an asset
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, International Transportation & Customs, or related field is considered an asset
- Experience in CargoWise One system or related systems is considered an asset
- Local travel may be required
