Customer Service Coordinator, Freight Services job responsibilities include processing and reviewing international cargo, managing booking transactions, and supporting the Manager in developing existing and prospective Delmar customers.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of operations experience in Freight Forwarding, specifically 3PL environment
• Experience in Ocean, Air, Ground, Brokerage or Warehousing is considered an asset
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, International Transportation & Customs, or related field is considered an asset
• Experience in CargoWise One system or related systems is considered an asset
