Job Description
We are looking for a highly analytical Accounts Receivable Associate to investigate, validate, and resolve customer deductions and disputes to maximize revenue recovery and drive process improvements.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Finance Customer Service
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in English (B2) and German (B1)
