Job Description
We are looking for a highly analytical Accounts Receivable Associate to join our finance team. This role focuses on investigating, validating, and resolving customer deductions and disputes to maximize revenue recovery and drive process improvements.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Finance Customer Service
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, dispute or deduction management, or a related financial analysis role is considered an advantage
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in English (B2) and German (B1)
