The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for all Deloitte visitors and callers, creating a welcoming environment and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and employees
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role preferred
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Friendly and courteous with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (phone systems, printers, and copiers)
- Willingness to assist colleagues and work collaboratively within a team
