Role Overview

Join Deloitte's Strategy & Transactions team as a Technology Strategy Manager, working on strategy and transformation projects for clients across various industries. The team delivers integrated support and advisory services, including valuation modeling, cost optimization, and business design. As a manager, you will lead strategy and transformation workstreams, develop fact-based analyses, and manage client interactions.

Responsibilities include leading strategy and transformation workstreams, developing fact-based analyses, managing client interactions, and synthesizing findings into executive-level presentations. You will also coach junior team members and drive quality, consistency, and timely delivery across workstreams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business transformation, or enterprise change initiatives
• 3+ years of experience leading project workstreams, deliverables, and junior team members
• 3+ years of experience developing executive-level presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations
• Experience using qualitative and quantitative analysis to support business decisions
• Ability to travel 50%
