As a Director/Manager within Deloitte’s Technology Strategy and Transformation group, you will lead mission-driven teams focused on collaboration and work closely with client executives to understand their strategic priorities, business objectives, and technological environments.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in consulting services, with a solid understanding of business-IT harmonization
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree (an asset) in administration, technologies, engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a related field, and the ability to link business and technology
- Excellent communication and analysis skills with senior executives
- Experience in management and team leadership
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Proven leadership and ability to motivate interfunctional teams
- Interest in business development and firm growth
- Experience in translating business objectives into technology strategies
- Competence in evaluating and designing IT operational models
- Experience in IT application strategy to respond to strategic needs while optimizing costs
- Analytical and problem-solving approach
- Ability to work in ambiguous contexts and clarify business needs
- Effective time management and teamwork under pressure
- Strong presentation and narrative skills for business audiences
- Master of Microsoft Office and knowledge of strategic tools
- Master of AI tools (generative, automation, analytics) considered an asset
- Continuous learning spirit and interest in digital innovation
- Ability to collect, document, and validate business requirements, and collaborate with technical teams
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Understanding of financial concepts related to IT investments
- Ability to design and lead workshops to foster innovation
- Strategic vision on the role of technologies in business transformation
- Knowledge of IT service domains (cloud, infrastructure, applications, digital workplace)
- Understanding of IT portfolio management lifecycle and recent exploitation models
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security attestation
