Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in consulting, with a strong understanding of technology integration
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in administration, technology, engineering, computer science, mathematics, or related field
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Experience in managing and developing teams of professionals
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate cross-functional teams
- Interest in business development and growth of the firm
- Experience in translating business objectives into technology strategies
- Competence in evaluating and designing IT operational models
- Experience in application strategy to meet business needs while optimizing costs
- Analytical and problem-solving approach to complex issues
- Ability to work in ambiguous context and clarify business needs
- Effective time management and team collaboration under pressure
- Strong presentation and narration skills for business audiences
- Mastery of Microsoft Office and knowledge of strategic tools
- Mastery of AI tools (generative, automation, analytics) considered an asset

- Ability to gather, document, and validate business requirements, and collaborate with technical teams
- Knowledge of project management methods (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
