As a Transformation Consultant, you will work with clients in the insurance industry to identify areas of improvement and implement technological solutions to drive business transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in consulting or industry, preferably in strategic initiatives, transformation, technology projects, or business analysis
• Strong understanding of the insurance industry and its processes
• Experience with technology platforms and systems, including core business systems, CRM, and ERP
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and with diverse stakeholders
