Conseiller(ère) principal(e), Technologie et Transformation - Secteur Assurance

As a Senior Consultant, Technology and Transformation - Insurance Sector, you will play a key role within project teams supporting clients in the insurance sector, including property and casualty and life and health insurance, in their transformation initiatives. You will accompany them in exploiting levers to modernize their value proposition, improve the efficiency of their operations, and evolve their technological environment, allowing them to adapt to market dynamics and growing client expectations.

Requirements

• Contribute to comprehensive transformation initiatives, from analyzing business and operational issues to implementing solutions.
• Analyze the business environment, challenges, and current processes of insurance organizations, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to defining targeted solutions.
• Participate in project scoping (objectives, scope, dependencies, risks) and support planning and governance of initiatives.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and technology partners to ensure alignment between business needs and delivered solutions.
