As a Principal Consultant, you will play a key role within project teams accompanying clients from the damage insurance and personal insurance sectors in their transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Contribute to end-to-end transformation initiatives, from analyzing business and operational issues to implementing solutions.
- Analyze the business environment, challenges, and current processes of insurance organizations, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to defining target solutions.
- Participate in project scoping (objectives, scope, dependencies, risks) and support the planning and governance of initiatives.
- Collaborate with business, IT, and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and delivered solutions.
- Contribute to producing high-quality deliverables (analyses, presentations, roadmaps, recommendations) for clients.
- Support project execution and risk management to ensure tangible results and a positive client experience.
- Participate in business development activities, including preparing proposals, presentation materials, and value demonstrations.
- Contribute to creating practical solutions and methodologies, developing sector perspectives, and supporting events and command-led activities.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants in their work.
