Conversational AI Architect position at Deloitte, responsible for leading design, development, implementation, and optimization of advanced conversational solutions for global clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in conversational solutions with platforms such as Cognigy.AI, Kore.AI, Amelia, etc.
- Experience in developing conversational solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
- Experience in designing software applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Experience in integrations with different services such as APIs, CRM, Contact Center.
- Experience in software development with programming languages such as JavaScript, NodeJS, Python, or Java.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting using tools such as PowerBI, ClickSense, BigQuery, QuickSight, Athena, Databricks, etc.
