Deloitte is seeking a senior technology leader to develop and deploy AI-based solutions, leading a technical team and collaborating with global and multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields
- High level of English (B2) and Spanish proficiency
- At least 4-5 years of professional experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-based solutions
- Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in software development with C# / Java, Python, Angular, or React
- Demonstrated experience in technical team management and technology projects, preferably under agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Solid experience in Azure AI Foundry, RAGs, intelligent agent development, and MCP creation
- Ability to lead and define technological strategies
