As a Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in designing and delivering high-impact projects for our clients. You will collaborate with client teams to investigate and assess critical business challenges, develop hypotheses and analytical frameworks, and conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to inform strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- 1-3 years for Consultants or 3-5+ years for Senior Consultants of cumulative experience in a high-performance work environment, and / or strategy consulting
- Structured problem-solving ability in ambiguous, high-stakes environments
- Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, including financial and business case analysis
- Executive-level communication and synthesis skills
- Ownership mindset with the ability to lead workstreams and mentor team members
- Demonstrated record of academic and professional excellence
- Completion of an MBA or other post-graduate degree preferred but not required for Senior Consultants
