Job Description
As a Senior Consultant in the Organization & Work Transformation practice, you will lead and deliver strategic change consulting services to clients, leveraging leading research, analytics, and industry insights to drive long-lasting change. You will be part of a team that collaborates, takes on challenges, and exceeds expectations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience
- Proven track record of leading components of complex organizational transformation programs
- Managing multiple priorities to deliver commitments and products on time with exceptional quality
- Experience working in the government and public sector
- Bilingualism is an asset
- Must be able to obtain and maintain government security clearance
