Job Description
We are seeking a Manager, Organization & Work Transformation, Strategic & Technology Change to lead and deliver strategic change consulting services to our clients, often focused on business transformations supported by the implementation of large-scale technologies.
Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience working in a consulting environment
- 2+ years’ experience managing teams
- Proven track record of leading and implementing large-scale, complex organizational change management programs
- Extensive experience working in the government and public sector
