We are looking for a Director or Director, Organization and Work Transformation, Strategic Change to lead and execute consulting services transformation projects for our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of experience in a consulting environment and at least two years in team management. Bilingualism is an asset, and the successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Requirements

• At least eight years of experience in a consulting environment and at least two in team management
• Directing and implementing complex and large-scale organizational change management programs
• Directing teams of various sizes that meet tight deadlines
• Managing multiple priorities to execute high-quality deliverables and products on time
• Managing the diverse perspectives of stakeholders to achieve positive results
