Deloitte is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant to join their HR Strategy & Technology team in the Philippines. As a consultant, you will work with clients to analyze business requirements and translate them into solutions, implement SAP SuccessFactors modules, and provide expert guidance on SAP Best Practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors and experience in consulting, with a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent. The role is dynamic and fast-paced, with opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors and 3+ years of Consulting Industry Experience
- 3+ years of experience on SuccessFactors Implementation projects and working with packaged solutions or supporting SF clients
- Must have at least 1 certification in any SAP SuccessFactors module (at least EC Certified)
- SuccessFactors EC, Time Management, RCM/RMK or ONB 1.0 and 2.0 experience preferred
- Experience of any other SuccessFactors modules
- Ability to continuously improve the current solution offerings with innovative ideas and design thinking
- Deep understanding of HR processes and how they translate into SAP SuccessFactors functionality
- Strong ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and drive projects forward without constant oversight
- Excellent at prioritizing multiple tasks, managing conflicting deadlines and working effectively in a dynamic environment
- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to lead discussions, challenge assumptions, and guide clients toward effective solutions
