Job Description
Deloitte is seeking a SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant to help organizations drive productivity, value, and impact through HR transformation. The consultant will leverage research, analytics, and technology solutions to create a adaptable workforce and design work that allows workers to find meaning. Key responsibilities include implementing SAP SuccessFactors Talent and Recruiting modules, configuring and customizing SuccessFactors functionalities, and providing expert guidance on SAP Best Practices. The consultant will also stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors newest releases and updates, and recommend new features to clients as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
- 3-5 years of Consulting Industry Experience
- 4 years of experience on SuccessFactors Implementation projects
- Certification in any SAP SuccessFactors module
- SuccessFactors RCM/RMK and ONB 1.0 and 2.0 experience preferred
- Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes
