Senior Analyst, Rewards, Equity & Incentives Tax Advisory

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Rewards, Equity & Incentives Tax Advisory to join our Global Employer Services practice. As a key member of the team, you will provide tax solutions and services to clients, guiding them in all aspects of employee rewards, focusing on the design and operation of incentive arrangements and executive remuneration.

Requirements

• Completed undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong commitment to professional client service excellence
• Superior verbal and written communication skills in English and French
• Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving
