Senior Tax Analyst, Mobility, Global Employer Services

As a Senior Tax Analyst in Deloitte's Global Employer Services (GES) practice, you will provide tax solutions and services to client bases, working with various industries including financial services, consumer business, aerospace, engineering, and mining. The role involves advising on compliance and consulting matters related to Canadian and foreign personal income taxes, social security obligations, cross-border payroll, compensation, relocation policy development, etc.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Tax or accounting designation
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in global mobility tax matters
• Experience in providing cross-border tax advisory services and managing global compliance engagements requiring Canadian and US Tax knowledge
• Strong commitment to professional client service excellence
• Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
• Interest in guiding and coaching junior team members
• Superior verbal and written communication skills in English and French
