Job Description
Deloitte is seeking a Service Desk Specialist to join their Internal IT area. The ideal candidate will have experience working in support teams, technical knowledge of Windows and Office environments, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
Requirements
- Academic background in IT
- 1 to 3 years of experience working in support teams or similar roles
- Technical knowledge of Windows and Office environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills within these environments
- Knowledge of networks and systems (Active Directory, DNS, etc.) is valued
- Microsoft training and certifications are considered an asset
- Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory
