Job Description
We are seeking a ServiceNow Product and Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end ServiceNow solution delivery for our global member firms. The role involves leading delivery teams, owning the product roadmap and offerings, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring high-quality, on-time solutions that map platform capabilities to business outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience in delivery, product, or team management roles
- Deep hands-on and strategic knowledge of ServiceNow
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, budgets, and priorities
- Strong communicator with experience working across global stakeholders and vendors
- Experience creating product strategy, roadmaps, and measuring benefits
