T&T Manager - Finance Transformation (EPM) - MY/ID

Deloitte seeks a T&T Manager - Finance Transformation (EPM) to join their team in Kuala Lumpur, MY. The role involves supporting clients in their transformation journey by implementing planning, budgeting, and performance management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in a business, technology, or finance discipline and a minimum of 8 years of experience in implementing cloud-based financial applications.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in a business, technology or finance discipline.
• Minimum 8 years’ working experience in implementation of Cloud based financial application/software such as (Anaplan/ SAP BPC/ Board / Oracle Hyperion Planning / Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) / Jedox / Cognos TM1) with at least one full life cycle implementation.
• Strong functional knowledge of finance systems and processes & / or operational planning.
• Experience of working in consulting team to deliver bespoke solutions using agile development methods.
• Exceptional interpersonal, team building, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.
• Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings.
• An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad)
