T&T Manager - Finance Transformation (Workday Finance Technical) - MY

We are seeking a T&T Manager - Finance Transformation (Workday Finance Technical) to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Technical Lead, you will support our clients in their transformation journey by engaging with clients in workshops and interviews, developing target technical architecture, and managing a team for developing integrations and data migration strategies.

Requirements

• A well-recognized Degree and preferably a postgraduate qualification
• Cloud based Finance ERP experience
• Workday Financials experience and certification is a plus
• Min 8-15 years working experience and have implemented cloud-based ERP Financials with at least 5-10 full life cycle implementation
• Min 2-3 years of hands on leading and project managing ERP implementation projects or technical development teams
• Strong technical knowledge of finance systems and processes
• Experience of working in consulting team to deliver bespoke solutions using agile development methods and committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries
• Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills in English, be self-motivated, and be able to work in challenging situations with changing priorities
