Job Description
Deloitte is seeking a T&T Manager - Operations, Industries, & Domain Solutions - Financial Services in Kuala Lumpur, MY. The role involves working with clients to make decisions and implement solutions based on "Heart of the Business" issues and problem statements. Responsibilities include identifying client business requirements, undertaking research, developing pitch proposals, and facilitating client workshops.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in a business, actuarial, finance or technology discipline
- Currently enrolled in an MBA program or have obtained the qualification with a well ranked institution
- Minimum 6-8 years of working experience in the Consulting Industry and/or Financial Services Industry – Banking Institutions
- Knowledge of Southeast Asia market, the core trends and drivers, with proficiency in articulating regulatory, economic, technological, and business impacts on key institutions
- Proven experience in managing large-scale transformation or change delivery within the Financial Services or FinTech industry
- Strong delivery management and stakeholder management skills across multiple workstreams
- Exposure to banking domains such as: Wealth & Private Banking, Digital Banking - mobile, web, Payments, Retail Banking, Insurance
- Solid Agile delivery experience (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid models)
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Language proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is highly preferred to support regional collaboration
