T&T Manager - Operations, Industries, & Domain Solutions - Financial Services - SG

Deloitte is seeking a T&T Manager to lead financial services industry group, supporting clients in addressing challenges through innovative practices, improved processes, and enabling information technologies.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in a business, actuarial, finance or technology discipline.
• Currently enrolled in an MBA program or have obtained the qualification with a well-ranked institution.
• Minimum 6-8 years of working experience in the Consulting Industry and/or Financial Services Industry – Banking Institutions.
• Knowledge of Southeast Asia market, the core trends and drivers, with proficiency in articulating regulatory, economic, technological, and business impacts on key institutions.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale transformation or change delivery within the Financial Services or FinTech industry.
• Strong delivery management and stakeholder management skills across multiple workstreams.
• Exposure to banking domains such as Wealth & Private Banking, Digital Banking - mobile, web, Payments, Retail Banking, Insurance.
• Solid Agile delivery experience (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid models).
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Language proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is highly preferred to support regional collaboration.
