Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a T&T Manager - Operations, Industries, & Domain Solutions - Financial Services (PMO) in Kuala Lumpur, MY. The successful candidate will work alongside clients to help them make decisions and implement solutions based on 'Heart of the Business' issues and problem statements. The role involves working across all key segments within banking and driving the latest and best-in-class transformation narrative for our banking sector clients across SEA.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in a business, actuarial, finance or technology discipline.
- Currently enrolled in an MBA program or have obtained the qualification with a well-ranked institution.
- Minimum 6-8 years of working experience in the Consulting Industry and/or Financial Services Industry – Banking Institutions.
- Knowledge of Southeast Asia market, the core trends and drivers, with proficiency in articulating regulatory, economic, technological, and business impacts on key institutions.
- Prior experience in PMO or Project Governance roles within Financial Services or FinTech environments.
- Proficient in project tracking, RAID management, status reporting, and financial tracking.
- Familiar with delivery governance frameworks and tools (JIRA, Clarity, or equivalent).
- Detail-oriented, structured, and experienced in managing reporting requirements for senior stakeholders
