Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in a business, actuarial, finance or technology discipline
- Currently enrolled in an MBA program or have obtained the qualification with a well-ranked institution
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in the Consulting Industry and/or Financial Services Industry – Banking Institutions
- Strong experience in Loan Origination System
- Experience managing multi-country / regional programs
- Strong familiarity with banking delivery frameworks (e.g., UOB framework)
- Familiar with Agile + Waterfall hybrid delivery
