Job Description
We are seeking a T&T Senior Manager - Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions (FSI) in Singapore to work with clients in the Financial Services industry, focusing on insurance and digital transformation projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in consulting, financial services, and digital transformation, with experience in areas such as strategy consulting, actuarial, risk, technology, and human capital.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in a business and/or currently enrolled in an MBA program or have obtained the qualification with a well-ranked institution
- Minimum 12 years of working experience in the Consulting Industry and/or Financial Services Industry, ideally in Life Insurance or General Insurance or Bancassurance
- Knowledge of Southeast Asia market, the core trends and drivers, with proficiency in articulating regulatory, economic, technological, and business impacts on key institutions
