Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, client engagement, consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Experience designing and facilitating workshops, meetings, and training sessions.
• Proficiency in documentation and requirements gathering.
• Comfortable working with collaboration and project management tools.
